Sam
has numerous reported cases from federal and California courts including Pelletier
v. Behrens 516 U.S. 299 (1996). Sam
is also the former Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of
Amcast Industrial Corporation, which at the time was an NYSE
international manufacturer. Sam
has acted as Judicial Arbitrator for the Los Angeles Superior Court and
the Los Angeles Municipal Court. He is a former Director of two different
banking institutions and former President of the Los Angeles County Bar
Association Credit Union. Sam is a member of the State Bar of California,
the State Bar of Louisiana and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He
serves as Of Counsel to Daar & Newman.
