has had a wide range of experience. He has tried numerous cases
throughout California. Jonathon’s publications include chapters on life, accident and health insurance as well as group insurance in the Rutter Group publication Insurance Litigation, and also an article in Los Angeles Lawyer “Unwelcome Opinions,” Vol. 26, No. 4, page 29, June 2003. He has conducted and participated in numerous seminars for insurers and insurance professionals and other business organizations regarding insurance coverage and related matters, including licensing and regulation of insurance companies. |
